1 Who we are
Titanium makes reputation software for businesses and franchise networks. Businesses use it to hear from unhappy customers before those customers leave a one-star Google review.
On data: we are a processor. The businesses we work with are controllers. If you're a customer of a business that uses Titanium and want your data removed, your first call should be to that business. You can also email us at enquiries@titanium-reviews.com and we'll pass it on.
2 What we collect
If you tapped an NFC station and left feedback
We may have your written message, your star rating, and your email if you chose to include it. That data belongs to the business you visited — we hold it on their behalf for 24 months and then delete it. We don't contact you off the back of it, build any kind of profile, or share it with anyone other than that business.
If you only tapped the station
We record that a tap happened, when, and which station. That's it. No personal data.
If you filled in an enquiry form on titanium-reviews.com
We have your name and email. We hold it for 6 months or until we've been in contact, whichever comes first.
If you're a Titanium client
We hold your contact email and business details for the length of your contract plus 12 months afterward.
3 Lawful basis
- Feedback and tap data — legitimate interests of the business client
- Enquiry data — legitimate interests (you contacted us)
- Client account data — contract
4 Who we share data with
We don't sell data. The sub-processors we use to run the platform:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, and infrastructure
- Resend — email delivery
- Apify — Google Maps data for our brand audit tool (public business data only)
All three have signed Data Processing Agreements with us.
5 How long we keep data
- Feedback messages and emails — 24 months from submission
- Tap events (no personal data) — 24 months
- Enquiry data — 6 months or until we've spoken
- Client account data — contract period plus 12 months
6 Your rights
You can ask what we hold, request deletion, correct something wrong, or object to processing. Email enquiries@titanium-reviews.com — we respond within 30 days.
If you left feedback at a business and want it gone, contact the business directly or email us and we'll handle it.
7 Cookies
No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts anywhere on the platform.
8 Security
Everything is encrypted in transit. Platform access uses token-based authentication. Card details never touch our systems — payments go through Stripe.
